This work consisted in the development of the structural and plumbing design of a building complex, which resulted in the largest and most modern business park in Portugal, including a hotel, a gymnasium, a convention centre, a school and various restaurants. The complex consists of 16 buildings distributed over an area of ​​290,000 m2.
